In Loving Memory of Ronald Gordon Wyllie age 82 years whose death occurred on Saturday, October 23rd, 2010 at the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
Gordon was born and educated at Guelph, Ontario. He attended the Canadian School of Embalming and received his Funeral Directors licence in 1947. Gordon moved to Kenora in 1950 working for the Brown Funeral Home and in 1965 moved to Dryden working for the Moffat Funeral Home. He purchased the funeral home in 1973 operating it with his family until retiring in 1994 to his home on Wabigoon Lake. His home and family were his main interests.
Gordon Wyllie is survived by his wife Joan, sons Gordie, Cameron and Scott (Dana), grandchildren Kevin and Vanessa, by his brother Doug (Joy), nieces Colleen and Kimberly, nephew Peter, sister-in-law Gail Reynard (Glenn Sandercock).
He was predeceased by his grandson Jordan.
A family service will be held with placement of cremains in the columbarium at the Dryden Cemetery.
