In loving memory of Roseanne Gladys Doherty, age 84 years, who passed away peacefully at her residence in Princess Court on Sunday, June 26, 2011.
Roseanne Doherty is survived by her sons: Shane (Kathy), Bill and Gary Doherty, by her numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband John in 1991 and her daughter Jonna in 1997.
Born February 26, 1927 in Rainy River Roseanne worked for Bell Telephone as an Operator.
Following cremation a private interment service will be held in the Dryden Cemetery.
Roseanne’s family would like to thank the staff and volunteers of Princess Court from making a loving home for Onni over the last several years. You all do a very tough job, very well. A special thank you to Alice Allen and Doris Skillen of the Palliative Care Group: you take lonely people under your wings and make them feel loved.
