the northwestern ontario economic facilatator has delivered a 74-page
report to the provincial government on changing the regional economy.
the 47-recommendations come from consultations with 120-groups,
16-municipalities and more then 20-aboriginal leaders.

and highways across the north.

other suggestions include the creation of a forest industry
