Rotary Introduces ‘Schools Building Schools’

Northwestern Ontario High Schools are teaming up with Rotary to help build an Elementary School in Guatemala.
Dryden, Queen Elizabeth and St.Thomas Aquinas will be creating fundraising teams to raise money for the project, with Ignace also expressing an interest.
The target is $50,000.
‘Schools Building Schools’ Chair Peter Keen says this is an important initiative for local students and for kids in Guatemala.
Keen is hoping to secure all area High Schools for the project.
Already 83-students have signed-on to participate at Dryden High School.
