The Judge in the Ralph Rowe Sexual Assault case needs
more time.
The 67 year old former anglican churhc minister was due
in Kenora court Monday, but Justic Erwin Stach postponed
sentencing.
Court will be back in session July 6th.
Rowe is facing 12 charges against five aboriginal boys
in remote northwestern ontario communities during the 70’s
and 80’s.
He’s already pled guilty to sexual and indecent
assault against 20 aboriginal boys, but will not have to
serve any jail time dut to a 1994 plea agreement.
