A number of initiatives to strengthen Northern Ontario are included
in of a rural policy discussion paper released by Ken Boshcoff.
The Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP Chairs the Liberal Rural Caucus.
Boshcoff says 33-recommendations have been delivered to the National
Caucus.
