The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters is
cracking down on invasive species in Northern Ontario.
One of the species, Rusty Crayfish has already been
spotted in Lake of The Woods.
Spokesperson Heather Smith says the species was likely
introduced to Northern Ontario as bait.

The Ministry of Natural Resources is looking into
banning all crayfish as bait in Northern Ontario, comments
can be made on the proposal up until April 24th.
