It was a safe winter on the snowmobile trails in the Dryden area.
City Police, OPP and the Power Toboggan Club made the experience a
little more enjoyable this year with the first ‘Safe Snowmobiling’ campaign.
OPP Constable Diane Harder says sledders who obeyed the law had a chance to win a number of prizes.

Harder says officers checked 247 snow machine operators, issued 59-warnings and laid 5-charges.
She adds OPP investigated 3 collisions.
