The ‘A’ NORWOSSA Championships were decided in Rainy-River Wednesday.
The Atikokan Junior Boys Volleyball team failed to cap off a perfect season as the Voyageurs lost in 4-sets to the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints.
The Saints also booked their ticket to the All-Ontario Championship in Senior Boys play with a 4-sets victory over Atikokan.
The Voyageurs still have a chance to go to OFSAA as they will play the NSSSAA Champion.
The Saints also claimed gold in Senior Girls Basketball with a win over Rainy-River to advance to NWOSSA.
