Some quick thinking by 2 Ignace AIrways pilots is being credited with saving the live of a Thunder Bay man.
Jamie Seabrook & Randy Winters were taking off from Agimak Lake Friday afternoon when they saw a small boat floating with just a dog in it.
On closer inspection, they saw someone submerged nearby.
Seabrook brought the plane in & they were able to grab the unconscious boater & pull him onto the pontoon.
56 year old Bill Ponton was treated for hypothermia & water in his lungs but is expected to make a full recovery.
