Despite a prolonged strike by education support staff this year, the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board feels it has met most targets set out in a strategic action plan.
Director of Education Dave Mcleod says a very ambitious schedule was laid out and there has been success despite labour troubles.
Mcleod admits the board has had to delay implementing some programs but believes most goals should be met by the end of the school year.
