School Board Strategic Plan

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board has unveiled its new
strategic action plan.
The Board has identified 4-goals involving student achievement,
character education, aboriginal student success and geography barriers.
Director of Education Janet Wilkenson says part of the plan
involves new funding announced by the province.
The Board has already expanded its first nation alternative education program.
Included in the plan is a 10-year capital forecast which evaluates the
needs of elementary and secondary schools.
