School Board Will Look at Adult Ed

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is encouraged by a recent
Provincial Government funding announcement for Adult Education.
Director of Education Janet Wilkenson says the $18-million
investment is badly needed but notes more funding is required for the
board to reinstate a seperate Adult Ed program.
Wilkenson says they’ll be reexamining the program this Fall.
Adult Education is currently offered on a limited basis at most area
High Schools.
