School Bus accident

Charges have been laid following a Wednesday afternoon accident involving a student at Dryden High School.
OPP say the teen had just been let off the bus on Highway 17 near Meadows Rd & was crossing when she was hit by an oncomming pick up.
The student was taken to hospital by ambulance but trreated & released a short while later.
Police have charged the driver with failing to activate the safety lights on the bus.
