A new Advisory Committee has been formed to review the possible closure
of 4-schools in the Dryden area.
Dean Carrie is the Superintendent of Business for the Public School
Board and says the 17-member group will study the future of Wabigoon,
Oxdrift, Riverview and Pinewood school’s.
Oxdrift school did not reopen this year.
Carrie says the public will have several chances to provide input during the review.
The Committee consists of parents, teachers, community members and Dryden Mayor Anne Krassilowsky.
The group will report back to the School Board
