Search for Geoff McClain Suspended

After a 4-day search of bush in the English River area produced
negative results, OPP have decided to indefinitely suspend the search for
Ear Falls Treasurer Geoff McClain.
Air, ground and water crews have been scouring the area after locating
his abandoned truck about 13-kilometres southwest of the Town.
Diving activities have also been put on hold because of unsafe water
and unstable ice conditions.
Police say a search of the area will be re-assessed once there is a
change in conditions.
OPP continue to investigate McClain’s disappearance.
