Second Chance Pet Network Finishes Second

The Second Chance Pet Network has been given a second chance.
The Dryden group failed in its first bid to win the Pepsi Refresh Everything competition, losing a back-and-forth battle with Windsor.
However, Pepsi has announced a second round of voting.
$100,000 is once again up for grabs.
Area residents are asked to vote for the Animal Shelter in on-line voting.
