Thunder Bay has recorded its second murder of the year with charges being laid against two people.
Police say 19-year-old Cody Echum and a 14-year-old boy have both been charged with first degree murder in the death of 18-year-old Austin Robinson.
The two had originally been charged with aggravated assault.
Robinson died after what police say was a serious assault at a North Syndicate Avenue home in the early morning hours on January 9th.
The cause of death hasn’t been released.
