A U.S. senator wants the american government to do a trial of its new identity card done in a tiny community on Lake of the Woods.
Minnesota senator, Norm Coleman says he’d like to see the card used on a trial basis in Angle Inlet, the most northerly community in mainland U.S.A.
Coleman says he’s also concerned about the proposed cost of the identity card.

The new identity cards are supposed to be in use by 2008 and will be needed by any american citizan who wants to cross back into the United States from Canada.
