The Dryden Eagle Senior Girls Basketball team moved into first place in the High School standings with a big win in Fort Frances Tuesday.
Morgan Church scored 13 and Alana Benson added 10 to lead the Eagles past the Muskies 43-25.
Dryden is now 2-points up on second place Kenora with one game remaining in the season.
The Juniors weren’t as fortunate losing at the end 38-33.
Elissa Mawby scored 16, while Kyla Lindquist added 6.
On the Volleyball Court, the Eagles continued their winning streak against Fort Frances.
The Seniors won in 4 sets. (25-18, 19-25, 25-13, 25-4)
The Dryden Juniors needed 5 sets to dispose of the Muskies. (22-25, 25-20, 26-28, 25-13, 15-13)
