Senior Girls Volleyball Final Now Underway In Dryden

The City of Dryden takes centre stage this week as Dryden High School hosts the All-Ontario Senior Girls Volleyball Championship.
Games are being played at DHS, Open Roads and New Prospect.
Co-Convener Todd Desaultels says they have opened up the event to parents and fans across the province.
All games are being webcast, scores will be updated immediately and pictures of all teams will be posted by visiting http://www.ofsaa.on.ca/girls-aa-volleyball
Co-Convener Jenny McMaster says they are hoping for huge crowds and encouraging everyone to come out in order to match attendance numbers reached last November with the Boys championship.
This is also “Eagles Pride Week” in Dryden.
Council has made the declaration and everyone is encouraged to show off their Blue and Gold.
The Tournament started Sunday night with the banquet at the Fairgrounds.
