A non-profit corporation continues to hold negotiations with the City
of Dryden to obtain a piece of property along West Wabigoon Drive.
The site may be the future home of a proposed affordable housing
complex for seniors.
Spokesperson Fran Blair says she’s hopeful the project will get off
the ground.
Blair believes there is still high interest in the seniors complex.
The Lifelease seniors complex will consist of 36-units with all of
the necessities.
