Seniors Complex Moving Forward

Solid progress is being made on the Lifelease Seniors Complex in
Dryden.
The proposed 4-storey, 30 to 40 unit, affordable housing complex will
be fully handicapped-accessible with enclosed parking.
The Van Horne Avenue-West Wabigoon Drive property is expected to be
officialy rezoned this week with environmental testing planned shortly
after.
A final proposal is expected to be presented to the public later this month.
Officials believe interest is still high to move forward.
