Thief River Falls goalie Seth Purcilly has been named SIJHL/Play It Again Sports Player of the Week.
The 19-year-old from Waterford, Michigan led the Norskies to four points in two games to end 2019 and kick-off 2020.
Purcilly stopped 30-shots against Wisconsin and followed that up with a 37-save performance against Fort Frances.
The first-year goaltender currently sits with a record of 7-2-1.
Dryden’s Amraj Gill and Zach Willms of the Red Lake Miners also received consideration.
