Several Drug Charges Laid

Drug use continues to be a concern in the Dryden area.
Police laid charges in several drug related cases over the weekend.
Officers were conducting a RIDE program on Parkdale Road at Colonization and Police charged 4 young individuals with possession of a controlled substance.
Police say a 19-year-old was also charged during a traffic stop on Government Street.
Officers also dealt with a possible assault call at a Whyte Avenue home and Police charged two individuals with possession of cocaine.
