The second of two Severe Thunderstorm Warnings for Dryden has been cancelled.
Environment Canada issued a second “Severe Thunderstorm Warning” at about 8 am, after an earlier warning about a storm that passed over Amesdale and Dryden at about 7 this morning.
As of 9:08, the weather agency says a system tracking tjrough Ignace toward Upsala is capable of severe thunderstorms, strong winds and hail.
The Vermilion Bay – Dryden – Ignace coridor is expected to be under Thunderstorm advisories as the day goes on.
