Sewage Treatment Plant Close To Testing Stage

The Manager of Public Works says the Dryden Sewage Treatment plant is on budget this year and is nearing completion.
There have been rumors circulating that the plant suffered cost over-runs this year.
Poole says there has been no increase in projected costs in 2013.
Poole says they expect to start testing in late August.
He adds that some minor work continues and the next step is getting power to the plant.
Poole notes staff are getting excited about moving into the new $30-million plant.
