In Loving Memory of Shauna Lee Thompson, age 37, who passed away on July 1, 2013 at the Meno Ya Win Health Centre.
Shauna Thompson is survived by her daughter Jaimee Curtis, step-sons Matthew Ravai and Jacob Ravai. She is also survived by her parents Judy and Tom Buchan, her sisters Diana Thompson and Debra Thompson; nieces Taylor Leadbeater and Sydney Levesque and many friends.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
A Memorial Service for the late Shauna Lee Thompson will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday July 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Darryl Hartwig officiating. Interment of ashes at a later date.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Charity of your Choice or the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation through the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home, Box 1449, Sioux Lookout Ontario, P8T 1B9.
