Wednesday was draft day in the Superior International Junior Hockey
League with the 5-clubs picking the top kids born in 1987 and 1988.
The Dryden Ice Dogs used there first pick to lock up goalie Neil
Sidders from Red Lake.
Head Coach Larry Wintoneak says they also selected 6-kids from Thunder Bay.
Dryden secured Darren Miller and Austin Heile in the draft however
the Thunder Bay Bulldogs plucked Colin Spencer from the Ice Dogs roster.
Sidders Picked First Overall
