A new Superior International Junior Hockey League season is fast approaching and the Dryden Ice Dogs will open it up at home.
The Ice Dogs will play their first four games of the year at the Memorial Arena, starting on September 20th against the expansion English River Miners.
They will continue the home swing the next two days against the Wisconsin Wilderness.
The first time fans in Ear Falls will be able to see their new Miners team at home is October 10th when the Wilderness come to town.
Six teams will compete for the Bill Salonen Cup this season.
