The Superior International Junior Hockey League has moved to the four man officiating system.
Four officials will work all remaining games this season.
The change was in effect this weekend as the Dryden Ice Dogs collided with the Thunder Bay North Stars on home ice.
Dryden lost 6-5 in overtime and 3-2 in regulation time.
The Ice Dogs are back in action Wednesday at home against the English River Miners.
The Miners dropped a pair of games on home ice against Fort Frances on the weekend.
