The Sioux Lookout Airport is teaming up with NAV Canada to improve their approach facilities.
The new approach system allows pilots the opportunity to operate during adverse weather conditions.
The program enhances the airports current navigation systems making it possible to fly during poor weather.
The system comes into effect next Thursday.
