A $3,000 fine has been levied against a Sioux Lookout company.
The Ministry of Environment says T. Nebbs Building Materials has been fined for having class 7 pesticides on display in their store.
Officials say there was unrestricted access to the round-up grass and weed control herbicide, contrary to provincial legislation.
The company had been previously warned about the violation and pled guilty to one offence under the Pesticides Act.
