A tight race for Mayor in Sioux Lookout.
Councilor Dennis Leney held off challenger Doug Lawrance by 155-votes to claim the Mayor’s Seat.
Susan Williams finished third.
Leney is joined by incumbent Counilor Joyce Timpson as well as newcomers Doug Squires, John Bath and Herb Zettel.
Donald Fenelon and Calvin Southall were also acclaimed.
The big surprise was incumbent David Gordon, who couldn’t reclaim his seat.
Voter turn-out was 54.5%.
