Sioux Lookout Merging Services

The Town of Sioux Lookout has announced the amalgamation of various
departments.
CAO Merlyn Dewing says they are merging the Departments of Utilities
and Roads with the Public Works Department.
The newly formed Public Works will oversee the maintenance of roadways,
sidewalks, road reconstruction, water distribution and recylcing among other
things.
Dewing says the merger will provide efficent, cost-effective service
to Sioux Lookout residents.
