A 28-year-old man faces four charges following a stabbing in Sioux Lookout on New Years Eve.
Provincial Police were contacted around 8:30 in the morning about a man who sustained stab wounds.
OPP say Lanny Mekanak remains in custody.
Police say the victim was transported to hospital in critical condition where he received treatment for his injuries.
