Sioux Lookout Seeking Tennants

The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is now looking for tenants for the Train Station and Cultural Centre.
Construction on the Train Station is set to begin and work on the Cultural Centre for Youth and the Arts continues to move forward.
Economic Development Officer Florence Bailey says both facilities have leasable space for retail, office and food vendors.
Bailey notes the business plan for the facilities is designed to repay the Municipal portion of the Federal and Provincially funded project.
