Sioux Lookout Smoking Bylaw Update

A second establishment has been found not-guilty of being in violation of Sioux Lookout’s smoking bylaw.
McFee’s Tavern joins the 5th Avenue Bar and Grill in beating the rap.
Chief Administrative Officer John Baird doesn’t see it as a setback and says there’s no problem with the bylaw.
That said, the Town is having the Lawyer who drafted the bylaw go over it and review the way charges are being made.
Baird says most people he has talked to have reported an increase in business rather than a decline.
