Sioux Mountain Public School students are thinking outside the box when it comes to Lego.
Students in Grades 1-3 are getting ready for their Lego League Showcase by building Lego that includes a moving robotics part.
Teacher Kristin Ward says every year Junior First Lego League has a theme and this years is called ‘Think Tank’ and kids are learning about how we learn.
Ward says First Robotics Canada gave the school over $3,000 in grants to make the league happen.
She adds a representative from First Robotics is flying from Toronto to be at the Showcase on Thursday, January 29th from 12:00-1:30 p.m.
