Sitko Named Runner Up To Meyer

Chris Sitko will finish as a finalist in voting for Most Improved Player in the Superior International Junior Hockey League.
The Dryden Ice Dogs forward lost to Mason Meyer of the Fort Frances Lakers.
Sitko will still walk away with some hardware as he’s a given to win the team award for Most Improved.
That will be made official Friday night at the Dryden Ice Dogs Awards Banquet.
Meyer had a breakout year for the Lakers registering an impressive 63-point improvement from the 2012-2013 campaign.
He shattered personal single-season career highs in goals, assists and points.
