Six Local Paramedics Receive Medals

High praise for six paramedics with the Kenora District Services Board.
They have received Governor General EMS Exemplary Service Medals.
KDSB Chief Administrative Officer Dan McNeill says it’s the first time members in the region have recieved the award.
He’s hoping the recognition will result in more accolades for regional workers.
McNeill says the medal recognizes at least 20 years of service, with half of that time as a front line paramedic.
The recpients of the medals are Wade Gagnon, Keith Hunt, Brian Birch, Bob Stevenson, David Williams, Ursula DeKeyser
