Skate Park Opens in Red Lake

It’s time to lace up your sneakers and grab your skateboard.
The Red Lake Skate Park is officially open.
A grand opening ceremony was held Monday, with Minister of Industry Tony Clement participating in the ribbon-cutting.
The 10,000 square foot park features half pipes, transitions and ledges, and street components.
The $500,000 project was funded by federal, provincial, and municipal governments.
