A Vermillion Bay man ran afoul of the law this weekend while riding his snow machine.
18 year old Micheal Clement-Godbout was stopped by police on Spruce Street for a routine check.
He now faces charges of operating a sled with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit & posession of marijuhana.
His 1st court appearance is set for March 24th.
