The “Way Out Women” Polaris Snowmachine Team is halfway home in its
quest to ride across Canada.
The relay team stopped in Dryden Wednesday to raise money and awareness
for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
Gisele Remillard says they have brought in well over $100,000 since leaving Newfoundland in January.
The trip is scheduled to end in White Rock, B.C. next month.
All money raised goes to breast cancer research.
