Slow Driving and Expired Plates Lead to Charges

A 76-year-old Wabigoon man has been charged with driving without insurance following a Dryden OPP traffic stop.
Police observed an eastbound vehicle traveling 40-kilometres under the speed limit.
The car also had expired license plates.
The accused is due in court on August 9th.
