A bit of savings for Union Gas customers in northwestern Ontario.
The Ontario Energy Board has approved an application to lower rates for local residents by 14-cents a month starting on Saturday.
That will result in an average yearly bill of about $992.
Rates elsewhere are going up $3 a month.
