Smoking And Pregnancy Workshop

Tobacco and pregnancy don’t mix.
And to further emphasize that, there will be a workshop on that issue on September 20th.
The session is for health care professionals to help them learn how to support pregnant women in tobacco use cessation.
Those in attendance will gain skills to help pregnant women and their families quit smoking and information on community resources will be provided.
The workshop is sponsored by the Program Training and Consultation Centre and is being offered by the Northwestern Health Unit and Thunder Bay District Health Unit.
