Smoking Battle shifts WAY out of town

The next round in the battle between Dr Pete Sarsfield & businesses in the region over 2nd hand smoke will be staged in Toronto.
A conference call this morning set March 25th-27th & April 1st-3rd as the dates to argue before the Health Services Appeal & Review Board over the legality of the smoking ban in public & work places.
Yesterday the Northwestern Health Unit announced it has put a hold on laying any more non-compliance charges until the Board issues a ruling from the hearing.
