It’s time to put away those snowmobiles.
The Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs has stated that effective immediately, the snowmobiling season has come to an end.
The trails are snow considered “unavailable” because local clubs have stopped regular grooming operations.
Signs are being removed and gates and fences are being closed up.
Dryden Spokesperson Audrey Robb says the risks of trying that “one last ride” are simply too high now that the spring thaw is here.
