Softwood Lawsuit

The Ontario Forest Industry Association is 1 of 3 groups jointly
suing the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection over the return of
softwood lumber duties.
President Jamie Lim says the lawsuits are meant to make a bold
statement to the states.
Lim says the legal action will send a strong message to the States
that Canada will not back down when it comes to its economic interests.
The American Government has under 60-days to respond to the suit.
